And we’ve done away with having Vince Young as the poster child for the website! Back in 2006 we started the site as two kids in high school, and we really had nothing better to do with our time than to analyze how Davin Joseph wrecked havoc on Big XII defensive tackles en route to a late first round selection. However, the last two years proved that our dedication to the site was slipping. Last year we put out one mock draft, scored the lowest we’ve ever scored on The Huddle Report’s mock draft scoring, and everything was a mess.
Fast forward to early August, 2011, and the S2S founders agreed to get this going again. I completely overhauled the old layout, ditched the throwback Vince Young banner, and launched what I hope to be a simple, more professional looking site (h/t to David Airey for his wordpress theme). Reading days worth of NFL previews during the hurricane inspired me to jot down some pre-season predictions. Look for an NFL preview of some sort coming soon.
